1. Relative mechanical receiving principle
since mechanical movement is the simplest form of material movement, the first thing people think of is to measure vibration by mechanical method, thus creating mechanical vibration measurer (such as Geiger vibration measurer, etc.). The mechanical receiving principle of sensor is based on this. The working receiving principle of the relative vibration measurer is to fix the instrument on the motionless bracket during measurement, so that the vibration direction of the contact Rod is consistent with that of the measured object, and contact with the surface of the measured object by the elastic force of the spring. When the object vibrates, the contact Rod moves with it, and push the recording pen to draw the change curve of the displacement of the vibrating object with time on the moving paper tape. According to this recording curve, parameters such as the displacement size and frequency can be calculated. Therefore, it can be seen that the result measured by the relative mechanical receiving part is the relative vibration of the measured object relative to the reference body. Only when the reference body is absolutely motionless can the absolute vibration of the measured object be measured. In this way, a problem occurs. When what needs to be measured is absolute vibration, but no fixed reference point can be found, this kind of instrument has no favorable position for the use of skills. For example: Test the vibration of the toy diesel locomotive on the running toy diesel locomotive, measure the vibration of the ground and buildings during earthquake……, There is no fixed reference point. In this case, we must use the vibration measurer of another measurement method to measure, that is, using Inertial Vibration measurer.
2. Inertial mechanical receiving principle
when inertial mechanical vibration measurer is used for vibration measurement, the vibration measurer is directly fixed on the measuring point of the vibrational animal body. When the sensor Shell moves with the vibrational animal body, the inertial-mass block supported by elasticity will move relative to the shell, then the recording pen installed on the mass block can record the relative vibration displacement amplitude of the mass element and the shell, then the absolute vibration displacement waveform of the measured object can be obtained by using the relative vibration displacement relation between the inertial-mass block and the shell.
