• Special Small: These are Items below 0.5 Kgs such as bread, Pen etc
• Small: These are Items below 2 Kgs such as phones
• Medium: These are Items below above 2 kg but less than 10 Kgs such as phones such blenders and iron boxes
• Large: includes items such above 10 K fridges, washing machines and TVs
