  • This policy is subject to periodic review and may be updated without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated through the Universal Hub website or direct notification. 

Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are considered within 14 days of the initial purchase or subscription renewal.
  • We entertain refund requests for the following reasons:
  • Technical issues preventing the proper utilization of our platform.
  • Unresolved issues despite reasonable assistance from our support team.
  • Changes to the Universal Hub platform or services that significantly impact the user experience.
  • Other reasons as determined by Universal Hub in its sole discretion.  

How to Request a Refund

  • To request a refund, users must contact our support team at support@test.unihubx.com within the specified refund period.
  • Clearly articulate the reason for the refund request, providing any necessary details or documentation.

Refund Process

  • Upon receiving the refund request, our support team will assess the details and determine eligibility.
  • If eligible, the refund will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
  • Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment, unless otherwise specified.

Refund Exceptions

  • No refunds will be issued for partial use of the subscription period.
  • Refunds are not applicable to any third-party services or integrations used in conjunction with our platform.
  • Refunds are not applicable to any services or products that are specifically excluded from the refund policy.

Cancellation of Subscription

  • Users can cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings on the Universal Hub platform.
  • Cancellation is effective immediately, and access to the platform will cease at the end of the current billing period.

Changes to Subscription Plans

  • Changes to subscription plans (upgrades, downgrades, or modifications) can be made at any time. Adjustments to billing will occur at the beginning of the next billing cycle.

Refund Policy for Tickets

  • Refunds for tickets are permitted for cancellations made at least 2 days prior to the event date.
  • Between 2 days prior to the event date and 1 day prior to the event date, a service fee of 10% of the ticket price will be charged.
  • Thereafter, the ticket is non-refundable.

Refund Policy for Subscriptions

  • Refunds for subscriptions are permitted for cancellations made at any time.
  • The refund will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are not applicable to any partial use of the subscription period.

Refund Policy for Other Services

  • Refunds for other services, such as workshops or classes, are permitted for cancellations made at least 3 days prior to the event date.
  • Between 3 days prior to the event date and 1 day prior to the event date, a service fee of 20% of the service price will be charged.
  • Thereafter, the service is non-refundable.
